When this appeal was taken up for hearing on 07.06.2017, it was reported by the learned counsel for the respondents that one of the appellant died. Hence the appeal was ordered to be posted on 20.06.2017 to verify as to whether the above said statement is true or not and if true, then for taking steps to bring the LRs on record. Thereafter the appeal was posted today, i.e., on 20.06.2017. But till today, no steps have been taken, though sufficient opportunity has been given to the appellant.
2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
