Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice dated 27.11.2020 passed by respondent no. 3 under Section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.
Against the order impugned, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy before the Commissioner.
Petitioner, in case, if so advised may avail the remedy for redressal of his grievance.
The writ petition is not liable to be entertained on the ground of existence of statutory alternative remedy.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
