Let the matter receive consideration from other Hon'ble learned Single Judge. Not before this Court.
Learned advocate appearing for the applicant has brought to the notice of this court that on 10.11.2011 in this matter, the ad-interim relief is granted by this Court (Coram: Rajesh H. Shukla, J.), that may be ordered to be continued till the next date.
It is absolutely just and proper that when this Court is not taking up the matter, relevant relief granted earlier by the another Hon'ble learned Single Judge is required to be continued till notification of the matter before the other Hon'ble learned single Judge.
