This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 14.6.2019 in Criminal Case No. 856 of 2019, State vs. Asim, arising out of Case Crime No. 0178 of 2019, under Sections 386, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Bhojpur, District- Ghaziabad, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 4, Ghaziabad.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
The legitimacy of the submission of charge sheet has been challenged by way of this application but the relevant material collected through investigation has not been annexed along with this application. There is no way to adjudicate upon the validity of the charge sheet in such circumstances. The application stands dismissed for reasons of latches.
