1. Rule.
Mr. K.L.Pandya, learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent-State.
2. Having considered the submissions advanced by the applicant in person, so also Mr. K.L.Pandya, learned APP for the respondent-state and considering the earlier order granting temporary bail as well medical certificate produced on record, the application deserves to be partly allowed.
3. The application is partly allowed and the temporary bail order dated 4.6.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7439/2012 is further extended till 26.06.2012 on the same terms and conditions.
4. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. is permitted.
