Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties Meanwhile, interim relief granted on 19.12.2011 shall continue till further order.
However, continuance of the relief, as above, shall not come in the way of Investigating Officer to record the statements of members of the co-operative society and verify any other record including the applicant and the complainant. Further, if any steps to be taken before the competent authority under the Co-operative Societies Act, the grant of relief will not be a bar in initiating any such proceedings, if found in accordance with law.
