This application is filed by the applicant to delete and/or suspend condition Nos. 7 [c] and [d] imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.7.2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.9824 of 2011.
Considering the grounds mentioned in paragraphs 4 to 7 in the application, condition No.7 [c] 'surrender his passport, if any, to the lower court immediately', and [d] 'not leave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned' imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.7.2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.9824 of 2011 stand suspended for a period of six months from today. Other conditions shall remain as they are. Rule is made absolute.
