Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of criminal case no. 7461 of 2014, under Section 396 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Moradabad, arising out of case crime no. 710 of 2013, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad.
In view of the above, the Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad. is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and of course looking its own roaster regarding other expedited trials under the orders of this court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
