On the basis of instructions, Sri Gagan Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that the petitioner has been permitted to appear as an ex-student in the 1st semester examination of the B.B.A course. Simultaneously, the petitioner has also been permitted to appear in the re-examination of the 3rd semester of the B.B.A. course.
The writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of the statement made by Sri Gagan Mehta learned counsel for the respondent-University.
