Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2.
The submission is that the applicant states that he is willing to get the offence compounded by depositing the compounding charges within a period of two months. In case the applicant deposits the compounding charges the court below is directed to consider compounding of the offence for a period of two months. Till then no final order passed on the compounding charges shall be passed against the applicant.
Till then no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant.
