After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant habeas corpus petition as he will approach appropriate forum for registration of the F.I.R. against the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
The habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
