This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent no. 1 - the Rent Control and Eviction Officer / A.C.M.-Vth, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 1 of 2016 filed by the respondent no. 2 - Bhagwat Prasad Mishra under Section 12(1) of the U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972.
It is not clear as to what is the interest of the petitioner in getting the Case No. 1 of 2016 decided expeditiously.
No case for any direction is made out. The petition is dismissed.
