While entertaining the writ petition following orders were passed on 22.07.2019:-
"It is stated that petitioner was transferred to Varanasi on his personal request due to various medical ground. It is stated that he has now been sent to Chandauli and respondent no.4 has been retained who is otherwise continuing at Varanasi for long.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions in the matter. Post as fresh on 29th July, 2019."
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, copy whereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, petitioner has been retained at Varanasi.
In view of above, no further grievance survives, and writ petition is consigned to records.
