(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Taking into consideration the fact that he was on temporary bail for a period of 21 days in the month of May-June, 2012 for the admission of his son in 11th standard, no case is made out to grant temporary bail. Hence, it is rejected.
