1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake post-death ceremony of 5th year of his father.
2. It appears from the record that when the father of the convict-applicant had expired he was already released for temporary bail for seven days and subsequently he has also been released on bail. The grounds are not at all inspiring any confidence.
3. Under these circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the application is rejected.
