1. A supplementary affidavit has been filed today in Court, which is taken on record.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh who appears for the respondent No. 2.
3. Petitioner is aggrieved by the nonpayment of Provident Fund and Gratuity amount to her. The petitioner has retired from the services of respondent No. 2 on 31.12.2017. He has made repeated representations but his retiral dues relating to the Provident Fund and Gratuity have not been paid to him. Whereas, other dues amounting to Rs.4,33,897/- have been paid to him on 09.03.2018. His representation for Provident Fund and Gratuity amount due from respondents is pending since 24.04.2018. It has remained undisposed off.
4. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
