Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In compliance of order dated 20.02.2019, Sri Ramesh Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 has handed over a cheque of Rs.1,98,000/- bearing Cheque No.993559 dated 26.02.2019 issued from Vijaya Bank MSME Raebareli Branch, U.P. to Sri Sanjay Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Sanjay Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner shall handover the said cheque to the petitioner within 24 hours.
So far as remaining payment is concerned, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 prays for and is granted two months time for making payment of the remaining amount.

Sri Ramesh Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 has produced the copy of letter dated 26.02.2019 preferred by the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Raebareli addressing to him annexing therewith the photocopy of the payment details, the same is taken on record.
Since the part payment has been made by the Executive Officer, therefore, he shall not appear before this Court on the next date unless called for by any other order.
