Sri Amit Saxena, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some argument submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the Examination Controller for being given benefit of the new amendment in the Academic Ordinances of the University, whereunder, in case a student scores 24 credit in the next Semester Examination, then he could be promoted, even though he had not cleared the earlier Semester.
Learned counsel for the University Sri Rohit Pandey, submitted that the Examination Controller would examine the claim of the petitioner and would take decision in the matter, within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Sri Amit Saxena states that the petitioner would make representation before the second respondent within two days, and the second respondent may be directed to decide the same, within a specified time.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that in case, any representation is made by the petitioner before the second respondent, the same shall be decided by the second respondent within ten days from the date of receipt of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
