2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 14.05.1997 passed by Sessions Judge, Fatehpur in Session Trial No. 585 of 1991, whereby Respondents were acquitted from the offence under Sections 302/34 and 120B IPC.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
6. Sri Manu Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Manish Tiwari, Advocate, is present for respondents.
