The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.01.2021 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Divsion) West Ballia in Original Suit No.15 of 2021 (Uma Tiwari Vs. Shri Ram And Others).
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application with liberty to file appropriate application as provided under Order XXXIX Rules 2-A of Code of Civil Procedure in Original Suit.
Prayer is allowed.
The present contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
