Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
The only relief pressed by the learned counsel for the applicant is that Case No.2056 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No.1923 of 2009, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Ghaziabad may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the trial is pending since the year 2009 and the case is being fixed for prosecution evidence but it is not being concluded. He has prayed to direct the trial court to decide the aforesaid case at an early date.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid complaint case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment, if there is no legal impediment.
