This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct declare that objections raised in Col.No.6 of the E-tender procurement prepared by R-3 as per Annexure-J with regard to the tender application submitted by the petitioner dtd:16.6.2016 as per Annexure-A as illegal and without authority of law and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
