Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third-respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of minimum pay shall be re-evaluated and disposed of by the said respondents in accordance with law and bearing in mind the recent decision of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.10956 of 2018 (Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer & Ors.) decided on 14 November 2018.
Learned Standing Counsel states that this claim shall be disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement as noted above.
