Ashrafali vs State

This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed for seeking direction to concerned police authority to take steps and provide police protection to the applicant/original complainant.

It is not in dispute that pursuant to the subject matter of property civil proceedings are already initiated and if any apprehension on the part of the applicant about disturbance of possession or otherwise, it will be open for the applicant to take remedial measures in the pending civil litigation.

With the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.
