Ashrafsha vs State

1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR being CR.No.I-2/2012 registered with Mahila Police Station, Dist- Tapi, on the grounds stated in the application.

2. Learned advocate Mr.Nasir Saiyed, for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
