(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the materials on record, we are of the view that for effective disposal of the dispute involved in the main application, the amendment prayed for is necessary.
We accordingly allow this application. Let there be amendment in terms of the present application. Respondents are free to file additional affidavit in respect of the amended pleadings. Let such affidavit be given within a fortnight.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
