Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 5.12.2018 passed by the respondent no. 2.
The order has been passed under Section 95(1)g of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. The petitioner is only a complainant. This petition at his instance is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
