Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pursuance of the order dated 22.7.2021 passed by this court, a letter of Additional Civil Judge(S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Allahabad has been received explaining reasons for delay in disposal of P.A. Case No. 16 of 2010.
The explanation given by the court below is accepted.
Petitioner has approached this court praying for direction to the Prescribed Authority to decide the P.A. Case No. 16 of 2010(Ashraf Ali Vs.Sukharniya) at the earliest within stipulated time fixed by this court.
Keeping in view of the explanation given by the Prescribed Authority, the petition is disposed directing that P.A. Case No. 16 of 2010 shall be decided by the court below within a period of six months from today.Petitioner shall file copy of this order before the Prescribed Authority duly downloaded from official website of this court within one week from today.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
