The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 16.10.2019 with all consequential orders passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor as well as to quash the impugned order dated 4.3.2021 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor in Case No. 443 of 2019, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S. Mandawar, District Bijnor as well as to quash the entire proceeding of the aforesaid case, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after having gone through the record, no infirmity is found in the impugned orders, hence the present revision deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
