Rule.

Shri Kabir Hathi, learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent no.1.

Present application has been preferred by the applicant -original respondent for fixing the early date of hearing of main Second Appeal No.13 of 2005. Considering the earlier order passed by this Court dated 25.1.2011 passed in Civil Application No.14522 of 2010, Registry is directed to notify the main Second Appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 11.6.2012. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
