JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) By order dated 03/04/2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.4358 of 2012, the applicant has been granted temporary bail for a period of one week to make arrangements for purchasing the house, which expires on 12/04/2012.
Today, party-in-person is present, who states that his mother has received a cheque by way of selling land and he intends to invest his share in a Fixed Term Deposit so that his family members can earn their livelihood, and, therefore, he seeks extension of temporary bail for a further period of 21 days.
Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. The cause shown in the application, is found to be genuine. In this set of circumstances we are inclined to entertain this application.
The temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 03/04/2012 is therefore extended till 19/04/2012, on the same terms and conditions.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
