JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Mr. Mahesh Bhavsar, learned counsel has made a statement before us that other matter on similar points is before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and his Lordship is hearing this matter and by mistake, this matter has been notified before this Court. In view of the statement made by Mr. Mahesh Bhavsar, place this matter before the Division Bench presided by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice. Other matter is kept on 6.7.2012. Interim relief granted earlier is extended till 6.7.2012.
