By this application, the applicant seeks amendment of the main petition, namely, Special Criminal Application No.1337 of 2005.
Heard Mr. R. K. Shah, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms. Krina Calla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to amend the memorandum of Special Criminal Application No.1337 of 2005 by inserting paragraph-2(a) to 2(e) after paragraph-2 as well as prayer clause 5(A). Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
