Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, at this stage, learned advocate for the petitioner handed over two cheques dated 16.05.2012 and 09.06.2012 each of Rs.50,000/- to the learned advocate for the respondent-bank.

It will be open for the respondent-bank to deposit the said cheques on respective due dates.

For further orders, post the matter on 12th June, 2012.
