In the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears to the Court that let the present application be considered by the same Bench, who has initially passed the order dated 20/02/2012 releasing the original applicant on bail and subsequently the very learned Single Judge has issued rule in the present application and, therefore, let the present application be heard by the same Bench. Registry is directed to obtain appropriate order from Hon'ble the Chief Justice for placing the matter before the same Bench at the earliest.
