JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice returnable on 26.11.2012. Considering the averments made in para 5 and 6, no ex­parte ad­interim relief or even the order of status­quo needs to be granted. The notice at Annexure­F1 dated 12.10.2012 is not even part of the main petition. The respondents shall file reply to the main petition as well as these applications by 26.11.2012. Meanwhile, the applicants shall file reply to the notice and the same shall also be dealt with in the reply that is to be filed before this Court. Direct service is permitted.
