This application u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for expeditious disposal of the trial of Special Case No. 673 of 2018 (State v. Himmu @ Ram Sevak) arising out of Case Crime No.-26 of 2018, under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(dh) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 pursuant to the charge sheet submitted in the year 2018 and cognizance whereof has been taken on 25th May, 2018.
In the opinion of the Court, the application for expeditious disposal of the trial at this stage is not entertained and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
