Grievance is that petitioner's retiral benefits have not been paid, though he has superannuated on 18.12.2019.
Various orders have been passed in the writ petition from time to time.
Sri Govind Krishna for the respondents points out that entire amount of retiral benefits stands credited to the account of petitioner except the amount of group insurance, for which also a cheque has been drawn on 1.1.2021 but the petitioner has not appeared to receive it. A statement is made that in case petitioner appears before the competent authority, the same shall be handed over to him.
In view of the stand so taken by respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to appear before respondent no.5 on 13.1.2021. The cheque which has alread been prepared shall be handed over to the petitioner on that day itself. Since all other amounts have already been paid, no further grievance survives.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
