JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala, learned Senior Counsel, with Mr.Dilip L. Kanojiya, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr.B.M.Mangukiya, learned advocate for opponent Nos.1 to 13, Mr.Ronak Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader for opponent No.14, and Ms.Sejal Mandaviya, learned advocate for opponent Nos.15 and 16.
RULE.
Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties waive service of rule. With consent of the learned counsel for the respective parties the matter is taken up for final disposal today.
Considering the avermnets made in Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application it appears that the present applicants are necessary parties to the main writ petition.
Learned counsel appearing for the opponents have no objections if the applicants are permitted to be joined as party respondent Nos.4, 5, 6 and 7 to the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18047 of 2003.
Application is allowed accordingly. Rule is made absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18047 of 2003 accordingly.
