Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Suit No. 925 of 2014, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application/petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge Junior Division to decide the suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
