Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the respondent No. 1, Additional Commissioner(Judicial), Azamgarh Division, may be directed to decide the Restoration Application No. 4/B (Computerized Case No. C- 200915000000013, (Janardan vs. Sadhu Saran), within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid restoration application in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
