This criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 22.7.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-II, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.67843 of 2018 (State vs. Ashok Shukla) arising out of Case Crime No.444 of 2017, u/s 420, 406, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.-
Kalyanpur, district-Kanpur Nagar, whereby discharge application moved on behalf of revisionists has been rejected.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
It has been fairly admitted by the counsel appearing for revisionists that the revisionists have not sought their bail so far. In such circumstances, there is hardly any justification to entertain this revision. The present revision therefore stands dismissed giving liberty to the revisionists to move another discharge application at appropriate stage when it arrives after submitting to the jurisdiction of the court and after obtaining bail.
