This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking issuance of direction to decide the application in Case Crime No.882 of 2018, under section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, P.S.- Majhola, District- Moradabad.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned AGA. Perused the record.
This Court does not see any merit in this application. This is the discretion of the trial court to see at what stage the power under Section 319 Cr.P.C. is to be exercised. If the Court wanted to wait for some more evidence to come on record there is nothing wrong about the same. No direction is given by this Court at this stage.
