JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned standing counsel, on the basis of instructions, informs that in compliance of the Court's order dated 26.7.2019 the competent authority has proceeded to decide a fresh the matter with regard to cancellation of fair price shop licence of the petitioner and vide order dated 13.8.2019 has cancelled the fair price shop licence of the petitioner and earlier order regarding allotment of fair price shop licence has been upheld.
In view of above, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioner, if feels aggrieved, may approach the appropriate authority.
