An order of transfer dated 28.06.2019 is assailed in this petition on the ground that petitioner's daughter is handicapped.
Supplementary affidavit has been filed, in which it is admitted that petitioner has been continuing at the same station for the last more than 15 years. It is not in issue that petitioner holds a transferable post and transfer is an incidence of service. No interference with the order of transfer is, therefore, called for.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
