The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 7.8.2012 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition No. 16123 of 2010 as well as judgement and order dated 23.12.2009 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 22141 of 2004.
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
