The instant application has been filed in the year 1999 and the petition was disposed of by another Bench of this Court on 23.12.1999. The exparte order was challenged by filing recall supplication by the opposite party nos.2 to 6 which cannot be kept pending for years together by mere filing the recall application way back in the year 2003 when the petition has already been disposed of finally.
The aforesaid application is dismissed for want of prosecution as it has become infructuous by efflux of time.
