1. Admittedly against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Meerut, the petitioner has a remedy of revision under Section 15A of UP Regulation of Building Operation Act, 1958.
2. In view of such statutory alternative remedy, the present writ petition is not being entertained.
3. However, it is left open to the petitioner to file the revision under the aforesaid provision of law. If such revision is filed within a period of three weeks from today alongwith the certified copy of this order and also a stay application, the revision itself and the stay application accompanying thereto may be heard and decided in merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months' from the date of production of certified copy of this order after hearing all the parties in accordance with law.
4. In the event, the revisional authority may not in a position to decide the revision itself at an early date, he shall ensure that the stay application accompanying thereto may be heard and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of it being filed.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
