Heard Shri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for all the respondents.
Ashok Kumar and Suresh Chandra are before this Court with request to issue direction to the first respondent i.e. Special Secretary (Secondary Education), Shiksha Anubhag-12, Government of UP, Lucknow to take final decision in pursuance of the report dated 24.11.2017 for sanction of posts in Adarsh Janta Inter College, Jasrana, District Firozabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already filed a representation dated 01.2.2018 before the first respondent for redressal of their grievance, which is still pending. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that the petitioners' representation dated 1.2.2018 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for all the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Special Secretary (Secondary Education), Shiksha Anubhag-12, Government of UP, Lucknow to take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation, on the basis of report so submitted by the second respondent i.e. Director of Secondary Education, Shiksha Samanya (1), Anubhag-2, Allahabad dated 24.11.2017, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
