Learned counsel for the revisionist states that he wants to withdraw the criminal revision and it may be dismissed as such.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn without liberty to the revisionist to file fresh revision for the same cause of action with similar prayer.
The revisionist, if so advised, may file proceeding under Chapter XV of Code of Criminal Procedure against the accused. It is made clear that this Court has not touched upon the merits of the case.
